Fat guy stuck in a race car!

In the land of milk and honey, there's some pretty big people. These people should not put themselves in positions where they know they will get stuck. If your idea of a good time is visiting Golden Coral on a daily basis, then you probably shouldn't attempt to get inside of a race car. In the following clip, a fairly large "fat guy" gets stuck inside of a Dodge Viper with a very constrictive passenger cabin.

If you take a look at race car drivers, they're never fat. Thousands of dollars and quite a few man hours are used up trying to reduce the weight of a vehicle; if the driver is fat then all is lost. The average race car driver weighs anywhere from 140 to 180 pounds, and in some rare cases 200 pounds. Weight reduction techniques on a vehicle are somewhat limited and when you've exhausted all your options the only thing left is driver weight reduction. You'd be surprised how much time you can save if you shave off a few hamburgers from around your belt.

Even if your fit and trim, you can always find ways to shave off a few pounds. You'd be surprised how many drivers use tactics like wrestlers, and try to loose as much weight as possible before the race. Cutting down on water weight is great, but to really get ahead you need to change your entire lifestyle. Your body will thank you, and so will the clock. Thirty pounds shaved off a car typically costs $1,500 or more and can save up to a second; thirty pounds off your belt is free and all it requires is a change of lifestyle. If you're a racer looking for that edge over the competition, try the "Japanese porn star diet" which consists of eating only paper. Just kidding, all you need to do is eat the right foods and exercise.
