Monster Drift goes to Road America

In succession to many exciting Formula D shows, the famous "mustang skateboard car" video, and now Monster Drift: Road America, Vaughn Gittin Jr. continues to mystify the world with his skills behind the wheel. Holding a high speed and very controlled drift, JR lit up the asphalt of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. According to wikipedia, Road America has hosted races since the 1950's and is considered holy ground for American motorsport. Currently, Road America consists of a 640 acre facility that services over 400 races per year and crowds up to 150,000 deep.

Drifting at Road America and other famous tracks is a great way to say that it's finally an official past time. Drifting has arrived! It's among the top chosen modification styles performed on modern vehicles. Complete with a "low rider" look, high horsepower motor, and performance suspension the drift style appeals to a vast consumer base. Pretty much everyone loves to burn rubber, it's a feeling that can't be denied; it's also a key ingredient in drifting!
