Transformers Bumblebee Camaro crashes!

Crashing during a shoot for the Transformers 3 movie, the Bumblebee Camaro crashed into a Washington DC police vehicle responding to a call. Not knowing that he was driving through a movie set, the officer's SUV impacted with the 2010 Camaro "Bumblebee" character and completely destroyed the car. The SUV was barely even wrecked, but the 2010 Camaro SS was smashed to bits. This goes to show you that even though the 2010 Camara crash test was a success, when crashing into a larger SUV with police armor things can get messy.

Watching the following video, it almost looks as if the crash was intended. Had the story not been released that this was an accident, this might have been a cool part of the movie. I wonder how they will react to this accident? Will they use the footage of the police SUV flying through with some crafty editing to make it more exciting? I could see a scene where the Camaro barely misses the SUV, or possibly transforms into the robot character and jumps over the officer. There's plenty of ways to go with this shot, I hope they don't just cut it. Special thanks to Washington DC PD, we get to see yet another 2010 Camaro smashed up.
