Another Ferrari 458 fire!

The fifth Ferrari 458 fire has just occurred, and this time it was taking no prisoners. Spotted burning on the side of a mountain, this poor Ferrari should have had a better life. What is the cause for all of these Ferrari 458 disasters? First, we have a 458 Italia wrecked into a tree and now this! Ferrari fans can't take much more of this punishment. It's one thing to see a standard car burning to the frame, but to see a brand new Ferrari 458 Italia turned into crispy spaghetti flambe is just outright wrong. What is there we can do to prevent this from happening?

Most vehicle fires occur thanks to faulty fuel lines and overheating engines. If the fuel lines in this Ferrari are placed too close to any hot exhaust manifolds, we have an instant recipe for disaster. Thanks to the 458's extremely high red line, it's no wonder these cars run hot. Taking a look at the road it was on, it was probably getting the snot driven out of it through the corners. Leaving the car high in gear to get the most bang for buck isn't always a great idea and can lead to overheating and material fatigue. Get enough of this going on and you'll break lines which will lead to a fire. Discuss this article with CarDomain.com

Exotics destruction is quickly becoming a very common occurrence now days. Two Lamborghini fires on I-95, Lamborghini's burning at gas stations in Miami, Gallardo's getting shot ten times, Ferrari Enzo burning to a crisp, and much more. These are only the few that have been reported and actually captured on video, who knows how many out there really exist. Tip: If you have an exotic, installing an emergency fire extinguishing system isn't a bad idea. A few thousand dollars to save hundreds of thousands just makes sense, but yet no exotic owners seem to be savvy of this equipment. Enjoy the following video, I'm sure the owner just loved seeing his or her prized possession turned into the earth's atmosphere!
