Doing donuts in a car designed for grip within a small space always creates catastrophe. In the following video, we get to watch a middle eastern driver smash his Lamborghini Murcielago into a pedestrian during an idiotic donut session. Some might call this drifting, others call it donuts, I just call it plain stupid. Do you really think that long of a car which is designed for grip not slip is going to just spin within that small of an area? Watching the clip, it's surprising that the driver didn't wreck it into other inanimate objects long before the actual accident this video portrays. Then after he hits the pedestrian, he tries to do more donuts which lead to failure. Finally exiting the parking lot, he floors the engine and let's it bounce off the rev limiter.
This is a great example of how not to treat your Lamborghini. Known for fires such as the BP gas station fire and the two fires on I-95, keeping a Lamborghini in high RPM without adequate airflow is just asking for a fire. It is my opinion that this vehicle was designed to run at maximum track efficiency, but yet modified for emissions and everyday use. With high red line limits and typically ten to twelve cylinders to feed with fuel, exotic and high end sports cars are constantly catching on fire. Vehicles that are design to perform should be treated like an aircraft with daily inspections and very strict routine maintenance schedules. Unfortunately, most owners end up like this guy and just abuse the vehicles until they self destruct.
