Pedestrian dodges car!

In some unknown foreign country, a sub-compact vehicle that could have possibly been involved in street racing almost hit a pedestrian. If it wasn't for the pedestrian having such quick reaction and fast feet, he surely would have become a stain on the pavement and hood of the racer. Comments on YouTube are claiming the only reason he's still alive, is because he's a ninja. Getting hit by a car isn't fun, and neither is running someone over unless appropriate points are awarded. The standard pedestrian is worth 1,000 points, but is it really worth the mess? Only if there's a bonus awarded for style during the crash. The following video definitely gets the style bonus, as the driver abandons his vehicle and heads for the hills. First the hit, then literally the run; this guy is the text book definition of the hit and run offense.

All jokes aside, this is a pretty serious matter. Street racing is a problem not only in America, but across the entire world. Most people agree to keep it on the track or at least in rural areas, but there's always one idiot that can't drive and decides to race through a crowded city. Let me introduce you to idiot # 543,789,221 behind the wheel. We'll call this guy "Captain Hittenrun". How far will the captain run? After watching the chaos created, he can't run fast enough to escape the mess he created. Oh captain, my captain; you sir fail at life. What were you thinking?

So what really happened here? It might have been street racing, or maybe someone just cut him off and forced the car onto the sidewalk. There's really no way to tell, but by watching his speed relative to traffic it does indeed appear that he was racing or at least speeding at an incredible rate. Is it street racing if there's only one car? According to the laws in most states, street racing is when two cars compete for pure top speed, or to cover a distance within an allowed time. Whoever finishes first, is the winner. Well, this guy definitely isn't the winner, he left before points could be awarded; or subtracted from his license for that matter. Too bad cars have a VIN number! Maybe it was stolen? Comment your thoughts below. I know one thing is certain, that pedestrian is in dire need of fresh undergarments!
