Burnout FAIL! Mustang eats the ditch

The fox body Mustang is one of the most popular chassis Ford ever produced, but when a burnout goes wrong and it's wrecked there is a slim chance of repair. Due to the light weight engineering, the frame can be easily twisted, bent, and destroyed should collision occur. If the engine is built well enough, the torque can also twist the chassis into a totaled status. However, with some keen body work and backyard engineering, the fox body chassis can be twisted back into at least a drive-able shape. The following video shows a nasty fox body Mustang burnout, followed by a quick turn into an embankment which nearly totals the vehicle. Destroying the rim, frame, and only the Ford god knows what else, this Mustang has surely seen better days.

After the wreck is when the fun begins, and the true gold of this video is shown. Through collaborative teamwork, the fox body is literally picked up and placed onto a transport trailer. Who knew that a group of mountain men could lift a Ford Mustang! Midway through placing the vehicle on the trailer, more bumps and scrapes are picked up. But hey, that's the name of the game. Race cars wreck, that's just part of it. If you plan on building a race car and performing crazy stunts, be mentally prepared to send that vehicle to the junk yard. Building a high performance vehicle and using it is basically signing a death warrant directly on the title. It's not a matter of if, but when!
